When would you expet a RB20det to get full boost with such a turbo? 4000-4500rpm?

i was getting full boost on my RB20 by 4300rpm. It was on a standard (modified) manifold though, which wasnt the most efficient way of doing it. It still worked really well though, getting a very conservative 210rwkw at 14psi. The turbo has had a really easy life.

Judging by this, im guesing external.

Yeah, external wastegate. Tial 38mm on modified standard manifold
