R32: Air Flow Meter

I need a new Air Flow meter for an R32 GTR

I have read that the Z32 AFM is a good mod to do. Is this compatible with the stock ECU?

If not, looking at getting stock AFM. Anyone got part no./details?

Also, how would i go about giving the AFM a clean? ie wat sort of solution
