Hpi, Whats Going On?!

i dunno if its just me but lately no places have been selling HPI mags. all they have is some crappy australian ones called wheels and other boring stuff like that.

i mean cumon now who wants to read about boring slow cars....

and on the cover (of one of there issues) there claiming the awsome power of 190kw in the new mazda, thats not awsome, thats pretty slow for a twin turbo.

does anyone know any shops/places in melbourne that still have a strong supply of HPI or drift battle. greatly appriciate it!

have you cheacked a newsagent maybe, cuz thats ussually where they have magazines and all....

Try a big bookstore like Borders. They have a HUGE range of magazines in stock.

i dont like melbourne newsagents, not enough stuff on imports.

everything they have are all stock standard and theres no point in reading if theres no power to look foward to... =[ (sigh) ill find one soon!

Why not just ask your newsagent to get it in, or subscribe to HPI?

Hpi is everywhere around here, i usually buy it

I found 2 other japanese mags whilst in sydney,

one is called Japanese Import Performance (UK magazine) and the other Sports compact (USA Magazine)

Both are just as good if not better than HPI

Ive never seen them in QLD before

I am a newsagent and as Iwells said if your newsagent does not supply HPI then ask them to order it, they can, and they should be glad to help.

wheels is a decent read....and that mazda is awsom...and its only single turbo.

hpi is just having delays because of xmas and what not.

shit, why didnt i think of getting hot4s insted of "WHEELS" =[ ohwell i blew 7.95 on learning about a 190kw mazda and that was about it....apart from the guy thats making a ferrari that has 470kw[630hp] and 1200nm and weighing in at only 1230kg, thats pretty impressive. aparently coming out 2007... yeah ill wait to see that happen.... =
