1. Is there any damage, scratches, etc on any of the rims?

2. Is there any center location ring supplied or do they fit the Nissan's centre hub perfectly

without any rings required? If you don't know why it's needed, its for preventing rims sitting loose and prevent up,down,left,right movement creating an off-center position that makes its forever unbalanced...

There are few little scratches which you can hardly see. They fit Nissan's center hub perfectly, no rings required.
