upgrading turbo Impeller Blade

After watching a import DVD

there was a topic on upgrading turbo Impeller Blade, they say that if you did this you would get 20-30% more power than you standard turbo Impeller Blade

this was the first i ever heard of it, and it sounded pretty interesting instead of upgrading your turbo you could do this method or though i dont know how much this costs or the power difference?, ive did a lil research on google.com but with not much luck

does any one know of this upgrade?

is it expensive?

is there any more power difference?

just want to disscuss this matter

it wasn't the guy from GCG talking about it was it?

if it was that is basically what HI-FLOW means, you have to machine out the inside of the turbo to be able to fit the bigger size wheels.
