so whats the deal?

u cant ever drive with fog lights on? or if u do u have to turn them off when theres approaching traffic?

u cant drive during the day with your normal headlights on?

u can drive during the day with park lights on?

Best bet, leave your ALL your lights off till its dark.

Headlights? No, its completely ok, even encouraged, to have them on during the day. Check the relevant ADR.

It's not the ADR, it's the part of the WA road traffic act.

Basically if the conditions are bad you can have them on. Cops tend to be smart arses and think that driving lights are fog lights.

There wrong but hey unless your a memeber of the Judicary your at their descretion.
