Remove gear stick

any one know how to remove gear stick to replace the lil plastic bit on the end of gear stick at the bottom??

just take everything off. theres a metal o ring clip thingy that u have to squeese and take off to remove the stick. best go to bunnings and buy those special needle plyers. everything pops out after that. as for the plastic thing in the end chuck it in a vice and lever it off...it may break in the process though.
