It maybe either rubbing or just your camber is out.

If the car is lowered its a fair chance that you have height adjustable suspension, if thats the case you can just wind them up a little, when a car is lowered it naturaly brings the camber out and you need a camber kit installed which is just kinda wedge peices of tubing, or you could go the best way about it and buy some kmac camber/caster plates which replace the suspension tops. Either way you will have to take it somewhere to get the camber adjusted, if its only a tad out the r33 has slight factory adjustment.

If its rubbing it could be that your rims have the wrong offset, but i would say that its just because of being lowered ..

Check your suspension and see if its got thread like a bolt on it, if it has they are height adjustable.
