hey man

1st of all... seriously.. this has all been covered in the RB30 Conversation.. read through it.

2nd. The RB25 pistons will work fine. just use std rings from nissan or ACL. One thing to rember is that you will have a VERY low Compresion ratio. some say 6.# to 1 others say 7.# to 1. Either way its going to be reeeaaaly doughie off boost. And then when its on boost you are going to need a lot of it to compensate.

I am running my RB31DET on std RB30 pistons. (balanced and checked out) and it runs perfectly on them. Have been told that they should be good for up to apx 450 - 500 hp (WITH A GOOD TUNE!!!) if you can't afford forged pistons you won't be doing any more than that sort of HP level. Im only going for 215-230 rwkw (220 kw equals 295.025 hp so definatly not stressing the internals)

Good luck with the build up
