whos best for GTR spares in perth?

hey guys.

regarding my R32 GTR that i have imported i am wondering who is the best for quality used parts in perth. My GTR is leaking from the main ABS thingy( technical term). sorry not an idiot but i cannot remember the actual name. ABS control centre? anyway the place who are working on the car have been told that the part is not servicable and can only be replaced. I suggested 'C red' as a place to find a replacement part but the guy working on the car said he had his own guys he dealt with. has anyone had to replace this part? Main control unit? maybe? i am just worried how much this is going to cost and where i can find this part although i would have thought that anyone who has a GTR front cut would have one of these and i cannot imagine why they would need this part.

thanks guys , any help would be appreciated. just want to get me GTR on the road as soon as possible mainly because it lokks like i have sold my other car. Found a buyer before i knew about ABS problem.
