Registration issues

Hi guys,

I just took my car thorugh regency here in adelaide (which is where we take it to get a roadworthy check done to get it registered for those of you who don't know).

I got done for a few minor items, but two major ones were suspension height. It had to be a minimum of 360mm, and i had 340mm, and that is the stock suspension.

Also i got done for this and i don't know what it means. "front and rear track width too wide max 1486f and 1481r", if any of you guys can help with what i should do next it would be much appreciated.

360mm is 36cm dude, thats higher than 4wd height.

No road car is that high from factory.

I know your are in SA, but In victoria lowest you can be to the ground is 100mm (10cm).

its the same in SA, 100mm road clearance, and i passed that.

LowRollaBoy i think he means 360mm from the centre of the wheel to the wheel arch, not road clearance. Sorry i can't help much oz_cefiro, sure u havn't got cut springs in there. Sounds like they are a bit tight down in SA. good luck.

im sorry but u cant be done for ride height with STOCK suspension.

my thoughts exactly, i have the stock cefiro springs with KYB shocks. It is at stock ride height, yet i get done for being to low.

Definetly not cut springs, i've hired a set from a jap wrecker who does this stuff all the time
