ITS NOT  AN ACCIDENT REPARED CAR

Thats what I thought, sorry I wasnt doubting your kanji translation. ylwgtr2 seems to think its a smashed vehicle. So they give out Grade 4s based on a lucky door prize now do they?

Isnt that the whole point of the grading system to pick out the good cars from the bad and damaged ??? (insert super confused smiley)

ok then.........get this.....I repaired a 2003 nissan primera with 242klms on it in 2003.....it got sent to USS after i done it and it got a grade 4 :S........ something is wrong....why is it in the 4000 section? It may be there due to the question mark in the klms......Do you have the original sheet or is it a copy that has been emailed to you?Im not doubting your translation eitheir...just from what i have seen 1st hand these papers are "only a guide"and should be looked at with an open mind when buying

and blacky's paper also has a ? for the klms but its not in the 4000 section....and there both in considerably fainter(is that a word???) in writing....As the guy in the cadbury chocolate ad said "why is it so!"...it would be nice to actually pin point where the problem be if its my mistake, dodgy paperwork or whatever the case may be

Thats the one I got sent via email. Ive seen that question mark high lighted on other auction reports, ill see if I can find one.

The Supra I bought from Nagoya, according to j-spec the numbers 4001 - 4500

and 4501 - 7999 are at the "Green 2 block", and 1001 - 1500, 1501 - 2999 are the R graded vehicles.

your supra was from uss nagoya 29/10 @ 805,000yen ..non accident car ..mileage is correct...different uss auction have different lot numbering ...uss tokyo accident cars start 5000 #.... nagoya as above (j-spec)...question mark would be circled if mileage was sus and mileage unknown would be on auction sheet....settle down don`t listen to legends youve got a nice car there

Dam, if I can't trust the auction grade I'm screwed.

Haven't bought the car but it will put me off getting

another Skyline if I can't rely on it.

How can we resolve this one?

Stick to the grading system, and get it looked at, or ask jake, he really knows his shit.

I7B is airbag, im 100% sure of that one.

Thanks for the help jake, got rid of the confusion.

sorry blacky - I've been at a work seminar most of this week. If I get a break next week, I'll see what I can do for you. As I (think) I said, I've got the majority of it worked out - but I'm going to show a native the things I don't, as I simply can't deceipher the handwriting.

However, I have a feeling it's largely in 'auction sheet code/shorthand' - and is not going to be understandable for the people I can show it to
