Just wanted to know what reputation Mines has in Japan? and where abouts are they located?

They have an excellent reputation, as a GT-R tuner, they started way back in '88 with their 290km/h HR31 GTS-R. Total tuning balance is their specialty but their stuff is extremely expensive (for obvious reasons).

They're located in Yokohama.

Got a question here as well.

How are women treated in japan in comparo to men? Are they treated as equals or is it more traditional ie: men work, women stay home and look after children etc type affair?

Most definately not equal... just speak to any Japanese girl and they'll bore you to tears with how they have to make tea for the bucho all day long and get paid bottom dollar AND get disrespected at work. But when they're home... they're Queens.

It's a cultural thing, and honestly I don't think the inequality hurts them that much... in fact when Japanese girls are given too much freedom (like when they're in a relationship with a foreigner) they kinda need to be told what they can and can't do otherwise they'll feel 'not loved'... lol... I can't even explain it properly.
