Hey guys, i have an R32 GTR and i need to replace both caster rod bushes. After sum opinions of ppl that have polyurethane bushes. Are they noisy? Any squeaking? Ive heard from an unreliable source that they can squeak.. SO should i stick with the stock rubber bushes or go to the polyurethane?

get adjustable rods that eliminate the bush

i changed from broken stock rubber bushes to offset polyurethane from pedders. comfort deteriorated considerably. then i fitted adjustable rods that eliminated the bush entirely - sounds like it would be harsh but it was actually marginally more comfortable than the polyurethane. hope this helps

Failing that, I'm not aware of castor bushes ever squeaking (camber bushes can). The polyurethane are worth the added stiffness you get, which reduces dynamic castor changes through corners.

I've rebused three cars now using the Noltec range (blue) poly bushes. Seem to be a good compromise between hard nolathane and rubber. Noltec is half way in between. Slightly more road noise transmitted, but the increase in accuracy for handling makes it worth while
