Aircon unit in dash lights not working

In night mode......the aircon unit in the dash does not light up....none of the buttons at all light up.

The digital display of the unit works but not lights behind the buttons...

has anyine got any suggestions.....i know at some point i will have to pull it out and bridge a wire from the somewhere to give it power when i turn the headlight switch on.

U can buy bulbs in holders and with removing a small amount off the lugs they will fit. or u can buy bulbs with 2 wires about 25mm long out of them and fit them to your old bulb holders. very carefully with the piont of a needle, run it around the bulb to remove the blue condom and fit it to the new bulb other wise the light will come out yellow not white.

Pan Pacific Auto Electrical, Try Auto Electrical shops, Auto radio shops for car radio bulbs, I got an original good bulb and measured the resistance and then checked the new bulbs to get the same or something close as I didnt know what wattage they were. Auto electrical shops have universal dash bulbs that just need a bit trimming off them.
