FMIC mesh marks

okay here is the problem

my fmic has been scratched to the shithouse by the old mesh insert ,which has since been removed (as u can see in the pics)

the indents are to deep to simply buff over

so i was wondering is it possible to turn the cooler around 180

degree ,as the back is perfect ,not a sctrach

is it a case of directional airflow like water in a radiator or does this not matter

the inlet and outlet are at the same hieght, being the middle of the cooler so the flip it would not present a problem

its purley for the looks as the marks make the front end look dodge

does anyone have any info on the matter
