CV Joints

The liner is starting to get rather noisy at the rear, more than usual Tyre/drivetrain NOISE coming through over 50 kays. Instead of raising the rear end of the ground and setting the whole thing on chassis stands and getting my head in there with the wheels rotating in fifth gear does anyone know what needs to be replaced or serviced regularly ie wheel bearings CV's U joints etc. If anyone has one of those service manuals on CD the Nissan Dealer backup ones, do they list a service interval for the rear end of the R33. Any clues appreciated
