Intercoolers

- I recently purchased an Intercooler kit on eBay through Online Motor Options - the email contact has the name Theresa. I have received the Intercooler but I'm still waiting on the piping some 4 weeks since I paid for the kit. Is there anyone who can give me some contact details (phone number, location etc) of this group - Online Motor Options. Any details appreciated.

PS; More than happy with the quality of the Intercooler althogh getting worried about delivery or lack of delivery of the piping, hoses etc

When ever i buy things from ebay i always contact the person first and as much as possible try and pick the item up personally, i wont deal with people that live close by me and will not allow pickup, it sort of makes you think, why wont they, whats wrong with it, what arent they telling you.

I've been ripped off on ebay before so i go the pickup method nowadays

Thanks for the replies - to all Ebay sellers, I think your days are numbered unless you get your act together.

I believe this group are in Roxburgh Park in Victoria (i'm still digging around and I will find out what's what) - so if I don't get my piping, then my Dad's mate who is a lawyer has offered to start legal moves for me - I won't let this go.

If you get ripped off, then don't accept it, take action and hang there's arse from a flag pole. If people say delivery in 5 days then 5 days it should be; if people take your money and don't supply, then that is theft and can end in criminal action.

Yeah I've never had a bad run on there either....even at times when I've bought things at a 1/5 of retail price and thought it may be dodge, all has been perfect

Try contacting e-bay and use the 'safe harbour' thingo

I'd be raising this with ebay. They seem pretty touchy about dodgy sellers and rightly so.

go to "MY EBAY" then goto " ITEMS WON"

and where it says about your intercooler you bought click on the down arrow in the "ACTION" tab , and then go down to "REPORT AN ITEM NOT RECIEVED"

on the next page goto it's in bold ok "STEPS YOU SHOULD TAKE"

next page goto "5" "CALL YOUR SELLER"

click on "CONTACT INFOMATION"

fill in "CONTACT INFORMATION" request a members contact details

put in the details (eg) their member name, and the item number you bought.

ebay will sent their information in an e-mail
