Might be getting a R32 GTR which has a rollcage currently which would mean it must of had some serious mods at some point. But the compression check was perfect. What I want to know is what parts should I be replacing before it gets sent out from Japan? What is most likely to break down under that kind of power? The car has less than 100k on it though. So axels, pumps, etc etc?

Check oil pump. There's a few threads around about oil pressure being an issue with high powered R32 GTRs.

Injectors.

Oil, fuel, air filters.

Clutch, gearbox

Bushes, control arms

All that "supporting" equipment not actually creating more power, but making it possible.
