I had HKS SSQV in my car... and I'm happy with it! b4 I purchase this BOV... I compare few other JAP BOVs... and I was told HKS SSQV is one of the best BOV on the market.. and less leak... never heard it kill engine... but will cause idle and stall problems associated with open-atmosphere blow-off valves on hot-wire air-flow meter systems. It happens with ANY open-atmosphere blow-off valves. Only HKS EIDS(ELECTRONIC IDLING STABILIZER) can fix this problem 100%

BTW, b4 u purchase one... just make sure its a HKS SSQV not a Monza SSQV which looks exactly the same, even the packing box is the same just smaller in size and CHEAP.. must be a CHINA copy I think.. and maybe thats the one will kill the engine????
