the std diff is a normal lsd where the vspec is an active lsd as you see on some gts-ts.. it basically has a faster response and is supposed to better proportion torque between the rear wheels.

the diff itself would probably fit right in, although it has a hydraulic fluid feed (i think from the power steering system) going to it, which is not there with the normal diff, it also has its own computer controlling it.

probably too much trouble fitting everything in and making sure it works properly.
