Just wanting to know if any of u guys or gals for that matter know how to solve or wat is causing my car 2 cut out or sutter when I put the pedel to the metal hard, its an R33 with turbo...

any mods?

Mine does it when boosting too hard.

I guess its a safety fuel cut when the airflow vs load vs rpm is off the map.

With the rb20det it used to occur at 17-18psi depending how cold it was, now with the rb30det running the same stock ecu it occurs from as low as 7psi up to around 9psi depending on air temp.

On the dyno as it nears the cut the afr's are extremely lean.

My fuel cut wasn't related at all to the AFM maxing out so this is why I assumed it is possibly the airflow vs rpm vs load is off the ecu's map.

Hence the ecu freaks out and cuts fuel.

How is the factory fuel cut bypassed?

I was under the impression the only fuel cut defender really is only a AFM voltage clamp? i.e it hits 5.1v and clamps it there to prevent it going over.

It appears the R32's & R33's have an additional fuel cut to the AFM fuel related cut.
