rb25 head mods, injectors and cam gear

I just picked up an rb25det head for a rb25/30 conversion but it didnt come with a fuel rail or injectors so i am after an opinions as to whats the cheapest/best way to go.

I dont know witch ecu i will be using yet (either rb25 or rb20 chipped) but i havent bought one yet.

so i dont know about high or low impeadence.

I am aiming for 250rwkw. Whats the best cheapest setup?

will i beable to convert a rb20 fuel rail to the rb25 head and fit gtr injectors?

or is the stock rb25 injector capable of supporting 250rwkw?

how much should i pay for a fuel rail and injectors?

S15 Injectors are sidefeed and will support up to around 270rwkw.

I wouldn't like to lean on the stock rb25 injector for a long period of time.

If you want to keep the VCT it looks like you are going to be looking at wiring in a R33 PowerFC. Grab a copy of the R32 & R33 Wiring diagrams from the engine manuals.

There's isn't much difference but there are a few critical differences.

i.e Injector signals are different pin outs.

If it means anything to you I just had a custom billet fuel rail made up to suit my GTR injectors on an RB20 and it cost $120.

yep, thats it, the injectors are getting installed on tuesday, along with pfc and a dyno tune ...

What would be a realistic safe power figure the rb25 turbo injectors will handle?

not talking for personal experience, but i would not want to aim for much over 220kw

some claim upto 270kw from their std injectors ... i just like to be safe

my stock rb25 injectors made 250kw at the wheels. Were nowhere near max duty cycle either. I was using an Intank bosch 040 I think.
