Hey guys I'm new to the forums and am currently for a Skyline in SA under 20K.

I just wanted so more info on them, like the models and different engine outputs. For instance I have heard there a two different versions of the rb20 motor for the R32. Maybe there is a spot on here that I have missed that has all this, if so can someone put the link up

Also how many km's to a tank roughly you guys get on stock boost?

Thanks

every car is different, joel's R32 did over 500km per tank and he run more boost then mr_rbman

put yr car on dyno and check is it running a bit rich :P

my R33 improve from 400->450km, just becoz change engine oil from (shell, castrol) to Mobil 1

Current S15 running motul 300V and get around 525km per tank

Yer I used to get around 500km's to a tank.

No freeway driving. Just local 60km/h traffic and short 10-20km trips.

The new Rb30DET is a little heavier on juice but it is untuned. Still running the stock RB20DET ecu. It pops and farts quite a bit (running slightly rich under light throttle) but once the foot is down it leans out real bad.

I am now getting 430km's to a tank of juice. Local 60km/h stuff.

Shaun, GTS4? A little more weight, slightly more driveline loss.

btw, for yr budget, u are looking at a decent R33 (maybe a late model series 2),

R33 has RB25 in it.

A R32 for that price will 100% not running "on stock boost" :P
