i am taking the f*cker off tommorow and getting enzed to fix it after beating it with a stick,

apart from bolts is there anything i should know about it before getting under my broom broom and removing bolts?

i am to understand this is a c*nt of a job, sounds like fun!

then again i owned an N13 pulsar, and working on the simplest things on them is always a c*nt, even washing, so this should be a breeze, right?

They are quite simple really.......provided you are only fixing the pump itself. If it is the hose going from the pump to the steering rack I would suggest driving the car down to enzed. That way they can cut and olive joint the piping.

If you are concerned about running with low fluid levels just remove the belt before you drive the car........it will make the steering quite heavy but will save you doing further damage to your pump.

If any of that does not make sense just throw me a PM and explain exactly what you need to do and i should be able to give you step by step instructions.

Cheers
