Readjusting headlights.

Hi guys,

I've tried adjusting my headlights to get the right position, and I think I've adjustd them too far: one sits too low and cannot be wound back up. I suspect it's run out of thread on the wormscrew or whatever the mechanism is.

Anyone know if there's any special way to get them back centred and responding to the mechanisms again... or is this a case of me pulling the pods apart (god help me), or buying new ones? God help me again.

Any help, gratefully appreciated, yadda yadda.
