No washers, when you take the timing belt cover off you will see that there is a rubber grommet on the timing belt cover. Just peal it off and use that behind the CAS

Roy, how much power is your machine putting out - Any info links?

Its making 222rwkws at 16psi. Fingers crossed it will make a bit more power after i get it tuned with centre muffler removed, advanced ignition and a few more psi...im curious to see if it can easily make 240-250rwkws at around 17-18psi if the setup isnt detuned to a modest power level for reliability.

main reason i didnt go the 120deg bend at the plenum was i didnt have a catch can at the time .. and keeping the flow symetric to where it comes up from teh cooler .. i might do the 120deg bend for next time.
