What kinds of suspension should i get?

Hi guys,

I'm chasing some opinion on what combinations of shocks and springs i should get for my R33 Skyline Sedan Series II.

I want the car to be lowered, but be a good performer on a circuit (not that i will doing this with the car). Also, i want value for money so any opinions would be great. Lastly the places and price where i can purchase these would be great too.
