Brant Nemesis

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone here uses the Brant Nemesis 1 or 2 and wanted to see what you think of it as a system.

I'm getting the Nemesis installed.

Wouldn't mind some opinions on how good it is in stopping and deterring theives? I don't suppose they realise it's Brant until they break open the hood or the cabin though!

im very sure hardly and wrx's have been stolen since Brant installed their alarms on them

i had a nemesis on my old Skyline - it was good, a few things went wrong every now and then, but 90% of the time it was great! (when i say 90% - the other 10% of the time, it didn't "not" work, it just did strange stuff).

I got the Nemesis in my R32, and its working great so far.

like Prank said, it sometimes does strange stuff, like the other day, i pressed to unlock it, and instead of beeping 3 times to unarm, it just kept beeping.....beep after beep after beep...i started pressing the buttons like a mad man, and it eventually stopped.....and then unlocked....wierd.

all in all tho, it doesnt happen often, and in my experience its been a greaty alarm system.

.. if any dodgy looking guys ask if your alarm is faulty and eye you car, just say "it's doing a self diagnostic and reporting with the Police dept who have a team of guys monitoring it around the clock." haha
