Draconian, dictatorial policies. I cant help but wonder why there is this relentless need for MORE rules and regulation. How on earth have we survived this long without them? So long as people dont do anything on mass we will continue to be taken for granted and forced to accept the morals and personal beliefs of the few. The notion of public concensus is seemingly irrelevant nowadays. I imagine these 'politicians' going to sleep feeling impressed with themselves for having changed the world for the better. I think its time for revolution.....oh, I forgot,.....they've taken our guns away too!!!!! I better not yell this out to loudly though....I'll have to prove I'm not guilty of something else, and who knows how long that will take....

dead serious.. i live in penola... just north of MT Gambier where i used to be... its a joke.. ive copped everything from a j walking fine to accused speeding summons while my car has been off the road... the j walking was bullsh|t... dont have much respect for police... especially while i WALK through the bronx (ferrol part of town) seeing guys hitting the bong's and cones....

Heard on the radio this morning, these laws have claimed their first victim.

A 24 y.o. male had his car confiscated after being caught doing burnouts at Glenelg North on the weekend.

They're for real guys, so take it easy. (I know you do anyway)

I remeber the days 1987-1991when the Glenelg carpark existed (now its holdfast shores)

And I used to go down there with a mate and watch cars drive around the carpark doing burnouts all night long..... as amatter of fact they used to roll up with a boot for of spares just to pop tyres.

I even remember a pristine gtr xu1 going straight into the carpark wall after losing control doing burnouts.

There was one guy that was doing the biggest burnout you have ever seen, there was so much smoke he couldnt see the cop car behind him flashing his lights.

No one did a thing about it back then, now you cant even fart in your car.. sign of the times...ce la vie.

i was driving home sunday afternoon and just before i arrived home theres a round-a-bout near my house. there was a cop car just sitting there until he/she saw me then proceed to tail gate me home even until i drove into the drive way. this new law just makes me more paranoid especially when they can act upon it.

why?

Just don't do anything wrong and drive normally + stay out of known hot spots.

Act like a d#ck head and pay the price... simple as that.

I have had a Skyline and this is my second Supra, I have never been pulled over in them.

The only time I ever got pulled over was because I was driving like an idiot down Anzac Highway, and that was in a stock Executive Commodore. Was a while ago now but that is what happens when u do stupid things in very public area's.

i want to sell the car cause i cant afford to l

lose my car to a power hungry cop as it is the

only one i have. i cannot afford to purchase

another car so i am selling the car and getting

another car that will attract less attention when

i am driving down the road minding my own business.

its a sad day for me as i love my line and will be sad to see

it go.

    • God I love shiny engine parts 🥰 Are you looking for more horsetorques in the mid range? (Smaller cam) Or just more horsetorques every where? (Big heads and bigger revs) Assumption: they were not bought late night shopping on the interwebs after drinking too many beers, which is typically how I pull pins on things......🤣 The evolution of your car is coming along nicely, I sometimes wish I didn't get bored with my cars and keep flipping them, maybe the MX5 will be different
    • I got the hazards working! Turned out it was disconnected! Indicator stock still isn’t working. I took the steering shroud off and there seems to be a third connection missing I see two small white connectors but they don’t fit the indicator switch unless they need a short lead to convert the connector type. Can someone point me in the direction of the wiring diagram for the indicator switch?   https://share.icloud.com/photos/0e8ReiFSLBVJsTPUKKfA_1IdQ
    • All of your suspension bushes/bolts etc, should also only ever be tightened when the car is sitting with full weight too.   IE, jack it back up, shove a heap of stuff down so you can lower the wheels onto so the car is "on the ground" but you have room to get under it.   It's why when properly done, you should be able to remove the shock and spring, but the arms won't go to 100% droop. If you don't do the above, you'll destroy your bushes.
