Can Someone Help???

Hi guys

I need to know the name of the rod that runs like diagonal near the front wheels that is attached to some sort of bush that seems to be cause i had my car on a mechanics hoist cause there is a big clunking noise when going up into driveways etc and these bushes on the end of these rods are split and leaking grease or something on both left and right. Shocks were perfect and steering rack was fine so this must be the problem. Can anyone tell me what they are called so i can chase new ones?? or anyone knwo where i can get new ones or have some to sell?
