Hey all got a tech question for ya.

I just purchased a walbro 255 lph pump.

What i want to do is use this in tank to feed a swirl pot with bosch 040.

The return line to tank is the only fuel line upgrade going on so as not to restrict the flow of fuel from the return feed reducing the chance of the fuel warming up.

Also seen as though there is only 1 return line for fuel,I THINK,is it allright to have a ''Y'' peice for fuel return from the swirl pot and the fuel rail too meet.

What size swirl pot should i go for?

Are there any floors in this design and are my choice of pumps allright for 230-40rwkw of power. Not to overkill i hope.

The return from the rail usually goes into the swirl pot. Then the overflow from the top of swirl pot goes back to the tank. Don't worry about "heating up the fuel" it's simply not an issue, even at double the power output you are looking at.:(
