Has anyone had any experience with these tyres? They are relatively new,

and are the first of the Drive range from Yokohama. I loved the 539s and,

but since Yokohama are phasing them out, these C.Drive's are apparently

the replacement.

Yokohama’s latest technologies converge in the C.drive tyre to provide true driving confidence. Higher levels of grip come from a new micro flexible silica tread compound. Four wide straight grooves provide stronger wet weather performance and anti-aquaplaning properties. A clever variation in tread block stiffness and design provides the perfect balance between cornering and braking performance. A staggered block design and 5 pitch variation theme has been applied to reduce road noise levels in both new and worn tyre conditions. The C.drive is a worthy successor the award winning A539.

Eugene, I think you'll find there are much better tyres out there for the money then the yokohamas. Have a shop around and try and get your butt in a few 'lines that have something similiar fitted. I use Federal's for everyday stuff and Dunlop semi slick track days tyres......both very nice to drive with.
