Short runner Intake for RB20DET

Hi guys

I own a S13 with RB20DET

I want to ask about the short runner Intake

as I know that the Short runner give you more HP but less bottom end TQ is it ture.

coz I found Short runner intake for a good price ( thail made)

any one check this part before and what is the result for it (HP. TQ)

I need my car for drag race so it is good for me or not
