R32 GTR 100% Stock Dyno Figure

Hey guys just after a few numbers. I recently got my GTR dyno'd and it made 158 rwkw thats with the boost restrictor in and everything stock. I thought that was a bit low. Anyone else got a figure of wat it should make 100% stock?

Very hard to find a bog stock one, most have at least a 3in cat back.

Our experiences have found 220-240rwhp to be about the mark for stock or near as dammit to stock so would suggest yours is pretty close.

Why would you keep it stock anyway?...hehe

Just bought it so yeah. Also how do you find the stock clutch with hard launches? mine slips if i launch over 5,500..

160 is pretty reasonable i would think for a stocker

And a stock clutch... if bog stock, if probably a bit tired by this stage

hence some slip

well probably not a lot with a stock exhaust

too restrictive. Get an exhaust and got from there IMO

Yep as Ash says, get an exaust, then remove the boost restrictor and that should see a considerable gain. I'd guess you'd break 200rwkw from just this.

Wouldn't worry too much about power figures as dynos do vary.

But heres an indicator of mine on a apparently "high" reading dyno

Stock standard 243hp@6800rpm

Ran 13.1 @103mph

1.8sec 60ft

Fitted 3 inch exhaust and some slightly bigger front pipes and removed the restrictor

308hp@7400

ran 12.7 @108

2.0sec 60ft(lotsa wheelspin)

Mph is a good indicator of power and I like to gauge mods as I do them both on the track and dyno.

ET can be inconsistant if your new to gtrs like me

I'd get a clutch before you do any mods.

If you look at the factory flywheel figure then take into account the 25-30% drivetrain loss, that figure seems fairly good to me.
