heater flap broken

hello all,

yet more troubles araise with my car. it seems that the heater vent flap behind the dash is in a perminent 'on' position, allowing all the hot air i need to flow into cabin. im just wondering whether this flap is, well, easy to get to, or controlled by a certain motor that may have died, or some such.

pretty much, i can put hte aircon on, and it still only flows hot air.

any suggestions on fixing this matter would be greatly appreciated
