given his age, he may be asking a legitimate question (someone might be spinning him BS).  But dude, have a think about these things before you post - saves embarrassment.....

yeah, for sure. I wasn't having a go at boost monkey. I was making a crack at the plonker who allegedly put an RB25 into his GTR to make it RWD...

x]SPHYNX[x - kinda like putting aaaa.... let's see, 12A rotor in a falcon GT

Ha ha ha ha - you do realise that Mazda kitted out a holden HQ with a 13B rotor!!! this is JUST like your example above. it was an abomination, but they did do it... it was called the ROADPACER!!!

http://holden.itgo.com/roadpacer.html how funny!

75-78 Mazda Roadpacer 4dr sedan 13B.

Engine

Mazda 13B Rotary 654cc

4-Barrel Hitachi Carburettor

power: 135hp @ 6000rpm

torque 19kg-m @ 4000rpm

Compressiona Ratio 9.4:1

Top speed 157km/h

Weight 1575kg

HAHAH thats insane!! I think its cool  and this car was available in australia? raapp raaap raaaap coming from a HQ would be enough to make any redneck cry (mate your red motors only running on one cylinder) lol. perfect canditate for a 13bt conversion

The guy obviously does not know his arse from his elbow.

If you want your GT-R to be rear-wheel-drive then you remove the ATESSA switch/fuse/plug from the engine bay's black box (bear with me I'm not too good with car terms)

As x]SPHYNX[x said just yank out the AWD fuse

and presto you can have fun DORIFTO!!!

As for the GTS-T owner with a supposed RB26DETT AWD,

He's pulling your leg, Yes it can be done (as the GTS-4 is AWD), but the cost would be ridiculous.

The cost to set up AWD with attessa would be so enormous to be done properly that it would overall be alot cheaper to purchase a GT-R instead or a GTS-4 with an RB26DETT transplant

my 2c
