moddin a r32

sorry if this has been posted 100's of times, but i done a search, and didnt really come up for wat i was looking for.

im not really much of a car buff, but my stock r32 is gettin a bit boring,

and i wanna build up some power. only mods it has is a 3" to turbo,pod filter and a heavy duty clutch.

first thing im plannin to do is put on a cooler, but after that, im not sure wats best,

or in which order is best to peform these mods. so any help would be great,

or even better, wat ill'd be expecting to pay for some of dese mods.

ill'd be happy wif anything over 200rwkw, or possibly higher.
