Japan Auction sheets

My car was bought at auction by a supplier in japan and then resold to me. He recently provided the auction grading sheet to me which I had translated. Amongst other things it said:

"Due to the very low stance of the car, no claims for negligance can be made for any damage during transit"

Just wanting to know if this is a standard clause for the cars or what? Because my car has stock standard suspension - no one would consider it low.

Well I faxed it to someone and got it verbally explained over the phone. I can send the auction sheet if you want?
