Hey all,

Attached is a link to the pdf document often quoted by the EPA and Victoria Police (i think) when issuing defect notices. An EPA representative put me onto it earlier toady, as I was trying to find the legislation which dealt with atmospheric BOV. All seems pretty vague, but the thrust of it is that any modification that is 'outside manufacturers specifications' is illegal. This pretty much leaves anything defectable, and my solicitor sister says you'd have to go to court to prove otherwise.
