My car was imported in 2002, and has a GCG hi-flow Turbo... so the turb, cant be older that 3 years.

I bought it runnign 7psi low, and 14psi high boost.... and whilst changing the oil yesterday noticed a bit of oil around the bottom of the turbo, my question is would the seals have worn out this quickly? or may it perhaps be a due to loose bolts?

I will take pictures this weekend and post them up...

The car still booosts fine, and holds boost... so im not sure :P

any help appreciated ;)

find out where the oils coming from first.. if its an external leak mabye an oil line is loose or cracked? if it was seals you'd generally see oil in the intake and exhaust sides, ie tons of oil in the intake piping or burning oil on the exhaust side.
