PhotoShop Help : Tyre Track/Stamp

Gday guys,

anyone able to link me to a tutorial that will tell me how to.....

Get a rubber stamp kinda look, u know, like the ones you get the rubber stamp, then ink it, then bash it on the paper.

In addition to that, I would like to have it a 3d look...so...kinda like if I stamped into say butter....

Then I also want to know how to get a tyre track, preferebly indented....

What I plan to do, is have a tyre track that is faded, indednted into the 'ground' then I want to have writing over top of it (possible coming out at you...dont know yet, would have to play)
