N1 Vspec 34's

can anyone with the appropriate software, tell me if this chassis number belongs to a genuine R34 Vspec N1 model:

BNR34004031

Also, what are the cosmetic (easy to notice) differences between normal vspec r34's and N1 vspec 34's

From what I can ascertain:

Model: R34

Manuf: 9905 (i think that's YYMM)

Paint: QM1 (White)

Something?: 2K

Engine: RB26DETT

Driveline: Hicas 4WD

Trans: 6MT

Model: GTR/V - It's a VSpec, but I can't tell whether it's N1 or not

Sorry I can't be of more help, maybe someone else out there can figure out what the Jap means/says...

yeah i found that site also, but thats the vspecII, my friends isnt a 2.

check if the bonnet is the genuine nissan item, replica R34 N1's are never usually fitted with the genuine item as they're something like $11k.

Bonnets are the same, N1 has the bigger rear brakes and oil cooler but those could be added to a regular v-spec.

You definately need someone to help you out with chassis numbers.

Does it have air-conditioning?

The N1 had that plus the radio plus the rear wiper all removed. Handbrake cover is plastic instead of leather.
