HKS EVC5 Instructions?

Does anyone know where I could get hold of some English instructions for the EVC5???

just double checkin 1st cuz it says ther are for evc 4 but i know i have evc 5

evc 4 is one peice evc 5 is 2 peice... this is the one right???

yep evc is the one with the seperate screen and boost controls
