Its a 7.6mb BMP :uhh: and i no longer have Photoshop

Save it as JPEG Foo ! U can do that with paint.... it wont be great JPEG quality, but it'll be better than GIF...

In the meantime you could use IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/) or Picasa2 (http://www.picasa.com/) if you want a small download.

Would love to see a high quality version of that shot you posted...

ok i used IrfanView, one file saved at 100% and the other at 90%

both are still quiet large files, but the 90% pic loads fast on broadband.
