You need the coupe tail lights. and the rear bar. Also, you'll need to cut the existing bootlid to make it roundish around the lights. You wont be able to use the coupe bootlid as its abt 5cm wider.

There is a bit of work involved but its possible if you know what you're doing. A few ppl have done it.

But why would you wanna do that, the sedan rear end look good and different at the same time.

the panels on the white car are so f**ked.

this might be easier... but then again, R32 coupe parts are cheap as chips now you might as well swap the reo, bumper, boot, boot lining and lights.

save yourself the hassle and just get an East Bear coupe taillight kit.

I think they tried to give it the GTR look on the white one with wider guards. I dont think rear end would line up properly for a complete swap and it would end up costing too much.

The gray one is work of some guy from New Zeland and he did what i described above. Looks pretty good.

I saw those East Bear kits before but they don't seam as authentic as you dont get the dip dish look.

I was about to start this conversion until I did a lot more research and found out There is minor body work needed, not just a bolt on jobbie. This is taken from another forum…

I've done the tail light/bumper conversion, it was easier then I thought, cutting/installing was about two days and the rest of the week was molding the fender to match the tail light curves.

Also as there is a gap between the boot an bumper..

The gap between the boot and the bumper is very easily remedied. You just have to use the top edge part from your old 4dr bumper and cut it to fit on top of the 2dr bumper to fill in the gap. It doesn't take all that much to attach it and mold it into the 2 dr bumper.
