that bogan f4g that hit me 2 f**king months ago still refuses to pay his excess!!!!

and the insurance company wont fix my car till he pays it even though hes put his claim through!!!

FFS what sh1t is that!!!

So im left with a fvct car till (if even) he decieds to get off his a55 and pay up!!

Im not insured under my line only my dad is, and its with justcars, same as the guy who hit me..

and they refuse to do jack till he pays his excess!!!!

shouldnt that be something they have to chase up themselves and not stuff me around!! :D:):D

im sure u should be able to make a court case outa it

if theres a police report u definately have a case

he would have to pay his excesses and ur court costs i would imagine.... for not paying his excess to get the cars fixed

im not sure if this is correct as im not a lawyer... but it is an idea i guess

good luck dude

Eugene if you have the claim number surely you can start on your car?

u should be getting paid, even if he hasnt paid his excess

that is the insurance companies problem, not yours

all insurance companies re-nsure with each other so they will be fine, they make a killing anyways

i would take it to court if they fail to pay on next request

I'm with RAIDER here......

They have to pay your claim if it's been approved. Whether or not the other dude has paid his excess is completely irrelevant. Just Cars are just trying to f*ck you around like any other insurance company.......

by the way hype you have read your insurance conditions? just cars does their insurance by the youngest driver and ONLY by the drivers on the policy.

if you hit the car and its your fault, you're up shit creek. you cant just pay an undeclared drivers excess and get them to pay, you'll have to pay out of your own pocket or really dodge it and say your old man smashed it.

being shifty with insurance is not a smart thing to do dude.

Not really directed just at you hype, but I think we all need ot much more aware that this is a public forum.. If I worked for Just Cars, I'd be keeping an eye on skyline, wrx, silvia, hsv etc forums.

Same if I was a highway patrol cop looking for cruises to target

Dluded: the thing is just cars does not accept that option, you MUST be written on the policy to be covered. Theres no undeclared driver option on the policy, so hes pretty much not covered, waste of money on a premium.

My car is insured under my dad's name and i am not listed at all but there is a clause saying that if someone unlisted crashes the car its cover but there is an extra excess and if that person is under 25 there is another excess on top :D

You just need to check the fine print :D

threaten just cars with legal action, because you have a policy and your premiums are up to date. threaten if they do not comply with issuing cover you will seek legal advice for

a) loss of income from work dependent vehicle (heh...)

B) FAILING TO FULFILL TERMS OF THE CONTRACT!

kick their ass

read the large print lol- no name on policy = no cover
