Getting stupid MoFoS to pay their Insurance Claims

lol, my names not on my insurance, just my date of birth. Prolly means i can't build any no claim bonus's an stuff.

loz, if your date of birth is on the policy it prolly means your name is too. some ins companies will give you ncb but not suncorp:(

yeah well thats what i thought..

i got the claim #

a inspecter has inspected it, told me which smash repair to go with (steve's )

but then the company said that my car wont get fixed till he pays his sh1t!

btw - im not being shifty with my insurance company... its insured under my dads name incase of theft etc.

The short version is that as you are the third party in the claim, the other parties insurance company company is not legally allowed to pay you until they have approval and payment from their insured.

Be very careful about acting on information that you get from some people on here as they are not really that well informed when they suggest some of the things they do.
