Whats up with the gay pink color scheme in the Japan forum?

I'm not really worried about the color scheme - but the default is a bit more 'work-safe' (ie: I don't get japanese people staring over my shoulder every five minutes, as they so like to do)

I like the XP one actually.. blends in a lot more at work, so it just looks like you're looking at any other website.. or even a word doco.. the blue gives it away too much

that's interesting... I would have thought that a white website would be more corporate looking and hence more discreet.
