hi guys, was contemplating on whether i should raise my car a bit. It is currently lowered 2inches front and back. I was only thinking of getting new springs for the front (raise 0.5-1 inch). Lowered springs only, rest of suspension is stock.

however, i wonder does this cause any problems? or would be bad in any way as the back would be lowered 2 inches and the front 1 to 1.5 inches...

its just that the back sits perfectly just above the tyre however the front sits right on the tyre and would like the front just above the tyre as well as giving the front bar a bit more distance between it and the ground.

:)

it isnt significantly lower at the front but yeh it is slightly lower (weight of engine i suppose). Not that bad, maybe the reason is more to give the front bar more clearance...i just think about it every now and then

There isnt really any oversteer problems unless you put the foot down i suppose, but i do recall feeling the front understeer once when i was too lazy to brake a little bit more when turning at an intersection.

wasnt bad as it was easily corrected but could feel it understeering. Apart from that the rubber grips the road well i think...only complaint is that it gets too damn bumpy...

but yeh with my original question i just dont really like the look of cars when the front is high and the rear is dumped, just doesnt sit with me like a car an even lowered look. Funny thing is when parking next to the car it looks like an even height but when i stand up and look at the car from the side from a few metres the front is slightly lower...
